Contests and Reward Center
 Spigit uses customizable currency (what we call "spigits") and virtual stocks ("spocks") to encourage employee participation. Employees accumulate Spigits by communicating, connecting with others and participating on the site. This creates an incentive to delve into problem solving-the more good, in depth participation a user does, the more Spigits they earn. By trading spocks they help determine the most valuable ideas in the innovation market, and most likely options in the prediction market. This makes the process fun while at the same time being integral to finding great answers and solving problems.

The Spigit Reward Center provides an easy, automated way to give value to currency earned by participants in the Spigit InnovationSpigit. Like traditional online stores, the Reward Center provides the opportunity to leverage currency earned through various contributions and exchange for any combination of gifts, prizes or other designated rewards specified by your organization or individual teams. The Reward Center closes the loop in the Spigit InnovationSpigit for a complete Micro-Economic solution, providing a tangible end result to the incentive and reward possibilities tied to user participation.
The Reward Center is offered as a module and be combined with any of our InnovationSpigit features for a complete end to end experience. Administering the Reward Center is as easy as uploading rewards, specifying a price, and submitting them to the marketplace. Spigit Reward Center manages all other logistics including user currency accounting, reward inventory, reward shipping and tracking, and advanced features for managing P&L and cost allocation.
